DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Delivery will not be despatched until payment is made in full and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order.

It is your obligation to enter the correct billing and delivery address details when placing your orders.

If you have entered the wrong delivery information please contact us within 24 hours from placing your order and we will change your delivery details.

Unfortunately if delivery is under way we are unable to accept any cancelations and delivery will proceed.

If delivery cannot be made due to wrong provisioning of the delivery address by yourself then additional charges as per the deliver schedule will be charged for re-delivery. These additional charges are payable prior to re-delivery.

We recommend that your delivery address be were someone will be available between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday as a signature may be required (all times are approximate and can be outside these times)

Should an incorrect delivery address be supplied the hampers will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, were re-delivery charges apply these charges will be calculated according to the supplied delivery address and charged prior to re-delivery.

Oliver's Hampers will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged during or after delivery or re-delivery has taken place.

If an item has been lost in transit, Oliver's Hampers will despatch replacement items according to our personal discretion.

If a hamper has not been received by a recipient it is your responsibility to inform us.

Oliver's Hampers will endeavour to deliver your order on time, however due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreements and does not entitle you to cancel your order.

No deliveries are made on public holidays.

Any gift hampers containing alcohol may only be purchased by and delivered to persons over the age of 18 years, it is an offence to supply, purchase or receive liquor for persons under the age of 18 years.

All orders are subject to delivery charges which depends on the destination and urgency of the delivery, we use Aust Post as our main shipping provider and other courier companies for larger orders.

DAMAGED GOODS ON DELIVERY

Where a recipient has received a defective or damaged product you must contact us be email immediately and the damaged goods be returned to us within 10 working day. We will refund the original product price and delivery fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively a replacement hamper at our cost will be despatched (subject to availability) once damaged goods have been received. If a replacement hamper has been shipped it is subject to our terms and conditions.
