PRODUCT INFORMATION

Oliver's Hampers makes every effort to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing on all our advertised hampers. However all items are subject to stock levels and availability from our suppliers.

In unforeseen circumstances it may be necessary to substitute items, if the items are substituted Oliver's Hampers will indever to replace all items with a similar item of equal or greater value then the one advertised.

INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY YOU

At Oliver's Hampers in order for us to process your order via our website, we need to collect personal information that you submit to us.

Whilst you will need to provide certain informaton to enable your order to be processed,credit card details are not stored in our data base.

We recommend that your delivery address be where someone will be available between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday as a signature may be required ( all times are approximat and can be outside these times)

PACKAGING

All Oliver's Hampers are gift packed in modern recyclable cardboard with woodwool surrounding the products (which can be placed in compost bins or garden as mulch) for protection and insulation, the hamper is then sealed with an Oliver's Hampers sticker for the peace of mind no one else has opened your gift. Your hamper is then placed in a cardboard shipper for further protection. So you receive your hamper undamaged.

PROMOTIONS AND COMPETITIONS

All promotions and competitions are subject to the terms and conditions of Oliver's Hampers website and are not able to be exchanged, refunded, swapped, or exchanged for cash and are done in good faith.
